Brenda Hallford – Regional Community Manager. Brenda has been with Greystar in the Tampa Region for 14 years. She has worked with traditional garden style, mid-rise and high-rise communities. Brenda has experience with stabilized, renovation and lease-up communities in both suburban and urban markets. Her vast experience includes being a key leader for Institutional clients such as Prudential, Invesco and LaSalle as well as entrepreneurial owners. She has served on The Bay Area Apartment Association Board of Directors and in executive leadership positions. Brenda leads the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion committee for Greystar Tampa Region.
