Although we have already SOLD OUT of exhibit space, a variety of advertising and limited sponsorship opportunities are still available and offer valuable exposure to conference attendees.
Cancellations are very unlikely, but if you’re interested in being added to the waiting list please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: FAA 2019 Waitlist. In the body of the email include your company name, address, your first and last name, and cell phone number.

. Information to reserve discounted hotel rooms will be provided after registration is confirmed. Any supplier who does not have an exhibit booth may register for the conference ONLY as a non-exhibiting supplier see below the two different registration options:
Plan G: Non-exhibiting supplier (no exhibit hall access)
This allows one supplier individual to attend the conference (education sessions) but not be permitted on the trade show floor and not be permitted to distribute any informational materials to attendees.
Plan H: Non-exhibiting supplier (exhibit hall access)
This allows one supplier individual to attend the conference with access onto the trade show floor, but not be permitted to distribute any informational materials to attendees.
You may also co-sponsor or purchase tickets to the APAC fundraiser Isla de APAC, an opening night celebration and a great opportunity to network with members. You need not to be an exhibitor or conference attendee to attend or co-sponsor Isla de APAC.
