Only 13% of booths are still available for the exhibit hall at the 2020 FAA Annual Conference & Trade Show. Booths went on sale to the previous year's suppliers on March 17 and to all interested suppliers on March 24. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the FAA trade show sells out every year.
|
|
To purchase two booths together, look for the teal "purchase multiple booths" button at the top left corner of the floor plan. Select both booth numbers you'd like to purchase and click "submit." The link below will not function properly on mobile devices. Use a desktop computer to purchase your booth(s).

Exhibit Hall Hours Extended for FAA Annual Conference & Trade Show
The exhibit hall at the 2020 FAA Annual Conference & Trade Show will be open for two additional hours, the FAA Conference Committee has decided. The committee met in January to determine speakers, session topics, trade show hours, and other particulars. The extended trade show hours are in response to post-conference survey feedback from attendees as well as exhibitors. The committee also took into consideration the larger exhibit hall floor plan. The additional hours will not conflict with education offerings. The trade show will be open for a total of seven and a half hours.
For new hours, view the updated 2020 prospectus.
