What's New in FAA
'Multifamily Florida' Finalist for National, State Awards
Multifamily Florida is a finalist in two categories of the national Association Media & Publishing Excel Awards. Josh Gold’s FAA Update titled "Everything I Needed to Know About Management I Learned from a Dog," published in the spring 2021 issue, is a finalist in the Best Column category. And in the Best Feature Article Category, the winter 2021 article by Diane Sears titled "Celebrating Differences: Industry Is Making Strides in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion," is a finalist. Winners will be announced on June 22.

Multifamily Florida is also a finalist for the Florida Magazine Association Charlie Awards in three categories: Best Column, Best Overall Writing, and Best Overall Magazine. Winners will be announced on August 5.
FAA Hall of Fame Nominations Now Open
Nominations are currently being accepted for the FAA Hall of Fame, the highest honor that a member of the association may have bestowed upon them. Each nomination must include a letter from the individual submitting the nomination. Nominations and supporting materials are due no later than June 3, 2022. Submit your nomination here. Income/Expense IQ provides you with enhanced income and expenses benchmarks that will equip your companies to better analyze their property’s performance and drive property values.
