With the exception of PAC the House, happening at House of Blues in Disney Springs, all meetings, education sessions, the trade show, and other programming will take place at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

Room booking information is provided in your confirmation e-mail after you register for the conference. The deadline to reserve your room at discounted FAA rates is Friday, October 3, 2025. Please note that rooms at the host hotel, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, have sold out. Registered attendees can still reserve a discounted room at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort. In prior years, the room block has sold out before the cutoff date — so don't delay!
