SECURING A ROOM
Room booking information is provided in your confirmation e-mail after you register for the conference. The cutoff date to reserve your room at the discounted rate is Monday, September 14, 2026. In prior years, the room block has sold out before the cutoff date — so don't delay!
The Coronado offers a variety of room types located throughout the property. Please view the map below to see different locations and their proximity to the meeting space to help you select the right room for your stay. This year, discounted hotel rooms are also available at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort which is a short drive from the host hotel! Attendees can choose which option works best for their budget and experience.
