FAA Partners with Relief Organizations

FAA News,

The thoughts and prayers of FAA leaders, members, and staff are with all who are dealing with the effects of Hurricane Irma, especially those who have been displaced from their homes. The Florida Apartment Association has donated $10,000 to the American Red Cross to assist with Irma relief efforts. Members and friends who would like to donate can do so at this link:

In addition, FAA has partnered with Hatching Hope of Alabama to assist apartment residents displaced or otherwise impacted by Hurricane Irma. Hatching Hope is an Alabama-based charity that provides bedding, toiletries, teddy bears, pet care packages, and other items to survivors of fires, floods, and other natural disasters. FAA has donated $5,000 to Hatching Hope, to be earmarked for Florida residents in need. FAA members who know of a specific need in your communities are asked to complete a brief survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FAAIrma. Members and friends who would like to donate to Hatching Hope can do so at https://squareup.com/store/hatchinghope. Include #hopeforflorida in the comments section to earmark your contribution to those specifically impacted by Hurricane Irma.
