Non-Exhibiting Supplier Policy

Suppliers who were unable to secure a booth (once booths have sold out) will have the option to purchase a registration that provides access to the annual conference.

Please thoroughly review this policy prior to purchasing a registration. 

Non-Exhibiting Supplier Registrations Limitations:

• No more than one representative from a single supplier company may purchase a non-exhibiting supplier registration.
• Registration does NOT include access to the trade show at any time throughout the conference.
• At no time will the registrant be permitted to distribute marketing or information materials or solicit business from other attendees.
• Ability to purchase this registration will only be available once all booths have been sold.
• A non-exhibiting supplier may not host or co-host ancillary events in conjunction with the annual conference.
• Registration is not transferable.

Non-Exhibiting Supplier Registration Includes:

• Access to all educational programming throughout the conference.
• Access to the opening session and keynote.
• Access to all breaks and activities outside of the trade show (i.e. yoga and meditation).
• Access to the closing dinner. 

2024 Non-Exhibiting Supplier Registration Costs: 

• $1,665 Full Conference* | Members
• *Trade show floor access is prohibited
• $2,065 Full Conference* | Nonmembers
• *Trade show floor access is prohibited

• Discounted registration will be available for companies sponsoring the conference.

• Pricing may be updated annually in conjunction with the approval of the FAA operating budget.
