The Florida Apartment Association is addressing barriers and promoting equity, access, and inclusivity with transparency, intention, and action. FAA is committed to cultivating informed future leaders and fostering an environment where members of diverse backgrounds and experiences can thrive.
The DEIA Task Force is dedicated to creating space for difficult conversations, hearing the voices least heard, and providing leadership where it is needed in association governance and operations. Through collaboration and the development of new tools and resources, the task force pledges to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
