After you catch up on back issues, tell FAA what your think by taking a brief survey. Respondents who provide contact information will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card.

A private invitation to exhibit at the 2018 FAA Annual Conference & Trade Show will be emailed on March 9 at 9 a.m. EST to the primary contacts of all companies that had exhibit booths at the 2017 FAA Annual Conference & Trade Show (Camp FAA at Disney’s Contemporary Resort).
Note: Receiving an invitation to register does not guarantee your company a booth in the show. Booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make a note of this date and make plans to reserve your booth as early as possible, as booths WILL sell out.
The 2018 venue offers a slightly smaller trade show floor and will not be able to accommodate as many exhibiting companies as in the 2017 show. Venues for future FAA trade shows will accommodate a larger number of booths.
Note: Supporters of the conference at the platinum ($10,000, not including booth fee), gold ($7,000, not including booth fee), and silver ($5,000, not including booth fee) sponsorship levels are given exclusive opportunity to reserve their booths prior to the exhibit space selection date for 2017 exhibitors.
When you select your booth, you will also be presented sponsorship, advertising, and ancillary event opportunities. Click the 2018 FAA Sponsorship Opportunities and Exhibitor Prospectus to review exhibit fees, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities.
If your company was NOT registered for an exhibit booth at the 2017 conference, you will have an opportunity to select and purchase a booth on March 16. PLEASE NOTE: Because of the slightly smaller floor plan for this year's trade show it is likely that the show will already be sold out by that date.
February 2, 2018: Deadline for Platinum/Gold/Silver level sponsorship signed commitment.

February 23, 2018: Silver Sponsors select opportunities/booths, in order of signed commitment.
March 9, 2018: Exhibit space selection begins for all 2017 exhibitors. An invitation to exhibit with a link to FAA’s online booth selection system will be sent to your 2017 primary contact that morning.
March 16, 2018: Exhibit space selection begins for all other suppliers.

A more robust and comprehensive supplier directory has replaced the old PSC Buyer's Guide, which in many cases only included one company under a specific category. In the new digital directory, every supplier member will be offered a basic listing with contact information and will have the opportunity to purchase an enhanced listing for $250. The enhanced listing will include premium placement, a company description, contact information, a link to your website, and social media feeds.
Check out the new FAA Supplier Directory, a valuable resource for apartment communities and management companies seeking products and services.
