Become a certified smoke-free community

Please note: For an application to be approved, all supporting materials coinciding with the certification level that is being applied for must be uploaded and submitted with the application.

  • Breathe easy everywhere. No smoking throughout the entire community.
  • Required Documentation: 
    • Copy of lease or contract prohibiting residents and visitors from smoking anywhere in the community, including in apartment units and in any and all indoor and outdoor amenities.
    • Copy of policy prohibiting employees from smoking anywhere in the community, including in apartment units and in any and all indoor and outdoor amenities.
  • Breathe easy where you live and play. No smoking indoors or within 25 feet of buildings or amenities.
  • Required Documentation: 
    • Copy of lease or contract prohibiting residents and guests from smoking in apartment units, in any and all indoor amenities, and outdoors within 25 feet of all buildings and amenities.
    • Copy of policy prohibiting employees from smoking in apartment units, in any and all indoor amenities, and outdoors within 25 feet of all buildings and amenities.
