2026 Compensation & Benefit Survey
Employee Compensation and Benefits Survey
The Florida Apartment Association is seeking participation from select senior executives at multifamily management companies of all sizes for the 2026 Onsite Employee Compensation & Benefits Survey! A direct invitation to participate was sent to contacts based on their role within their organization and membership status with FAA. To avoid duplicate responses, this survey invitation was sent to only one designated contact at each member company. This is an enhancement of the collection process from the 2025 survey.
If you did not receive the survey and would like to participate, please ensure you meet the qualifications below and contact Randa Conaway.
PARTICIPATION DEADLINE: MONDAY, 6/29
About the Survey
This anonymous survey is conducted annually and focused exclusively on Florida's multifamily industry. It is designed to establish state-specific compensation and benefits benchmarks. The resulting report will help organizations evaluate market trends, compare year-over-year changes, and understand how Florida compensation and benefits compare to national averages.
The survey is estimated to take between 10-15 minutes and is being conducted by Swift Bunny, an independent third-party employee feedback provider for the multifamily industry.
Participants will have the option to add your name to a drawing at the end of the survey for a chance to win one of 5 $50 Amazon gift cards!
Before You Begin | Participant Criteria
FAA is seeking responses from companies who manage multifamily rental housing units in Florida. It is open to all FAA members, and nonmembers, by request. The survey should be completed by someone who can provide information related to:
-
Compensation ranges for Florida-based onsite and multi-site (i.e. regional manager) positions
-
Employee benefits and benefits packages
-
Human resources policies and practices
-
Company workforce and staffing trends
The strength and quality of the final report depends on robust participation from industry leaders from a variety of companies. Strong participation ensures we can provide an accurate snapshot of the Florida market.
