Associate in Science (A.S.) in Property Management

This two-year degree program prepares students to step directly into rewarding careers such as Property Manager, Leasing Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Maintenance Manager.

Developed with guidance from respected educational and industry leaders, the curriculum builds real-world knowledge in key areas including leasing, marketing, property maintenance, legal and ethical practices, human resources, finance and accounting, and effective communication. Students also gain hands-on experience and valuable industry connections, setting them up for long-term success in multifamily housing.

Valencia’s Property Management program is endorsed by the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). These endorsements — combined with strong industry support — provide students the opportunity to earn respected certifications and gain valuable work experience through the program’s internship requirement.
