Keisha Dewberry - NCFAA, CAS., ARM., CAM.

Keisha is a purpose-driven leader with 18 years of experience in property management and multifamily housing. Known for her high energy, people-first mindset, and ability to turn vision into action, She thrives in spaces where collaboration, creativity, and community intersect.

Keisha is a 2025 Florida Apartment Association Leadership Lyceum graduate and is currently serving as Vice Chair of the Florida Apartment Association LEAD committee.

She serves on the board of advisors for the North Central Apartment Association. Keisha has held the position of Membership committee chair while supporting the affiliates Communication Committee and Next Gen efforts for the past three years.

Keisha was awarded the 2025 Volunteer of the Year at the 2025 FAA Inspire Conference on behalf of her local affiliate and was recognized as the Honorary Merle Amundson Supplier Person of the Year at the NCFAA's 2025 ACE Awards.
