Marci French is a dynamic thought leader who uses her lived experience to spark meaningful conversations on leadership, emotional intelligence, mental health, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Known for creating brave spaces that encourage empathy and growth, she brings over 25 years of leadership experience and is a Certified Life and Leadership Coach. An international speaker and Senior Faculty member for the National Apartment Association Education Institute, Marci was named 2026 ACE Industry Practitioner of the Year for her impact on the multifamily industry. She empowers audiences to "grow in the right direction" through optimism, authenticity, and connection.
