Nicole joined the IPSMF family in the spring of 2024 and brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry along with her. Her diverse knowledge base encompasses expertise in the areas of design, renovation project management, sales, and marketing. She has a true passion for being a liaison between clients and the company, striving to ensure that the process of any project runs smoothly from the proposal process to the final walk through. She looks forward to working closely with IPSMF existing partners while also establishing strong working relationships with many new partners in the multifamily industry.
