Please read below for FAA's event cancellation and refund policy.
Unless otherwise stated below, cancellations for any FAA program, conference or event must be received in writing no less than 30 days prior to the start of the program, conference, or event to be eligible for a full or partial refund. In most cases attendee substitutions from within the same company are allowed with no penalty.

Annual Conference Registration Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by August 31, 2026 and are subject to a $125 processing fee.
No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 31, 2026, or for no-shows.
