Doug started his career in multifamily in the early 1980s, learning through his earlier life in the pressure-cooker world of advertising that “there’s more to life than just cranking out work and meeting deadlines.” He then spent over a decade as Director of Marketing for several regional and NMHC Top 50 management companies.
