Legislative Platform Meeting

Help determine FAA’s legislative priorities for the 2026 Legislative Session.

During the association's annual Legislative Platform Meeting, the government affairs team and lobbyists will recap developments from the 2025 Legislative Session and provide an overview of Florida's political landscape, including what could be on the legislative horizon for the rental housing industry. The meeting will also feature robust discussion of potential legislative and regulatory topics most pressing and timely to FAA members and the Florida apartment industry.

All FAA members are invited and encouraged to participate in the annual platform meeting.
